What yoga really is - and how it can be used in school to raise wellbeing

Today I want to start talking more about the practice of yoga at school. I'll be uncovering a few myths around what it is and who it's for - and provide some simple ideas for incorporating it at school to raise physical and mental wellbeing.

As you may know or have already heard on this podcast, my main area of expertise is in teaching and training in yoga and mindfulness within the education system. So I want to talk about what yoga is, and isn't, some benefits it offers, and discuss how it can be included at school for the wellbeing benefit of everyone.
