Guided Relaxation for Children

Welcome back to another episode of the Real Yoga for Kids Show!

Last week I talked to you about 3 of the magic ways that great children’s yoga is able to balance energy levels – to leave pretty much all kids feeling calm and relaxed by the end (when taught right!).

I told you that relaxation is the final element but that movement and breathing must come first.

Sometimes though, when we are tired (mentally or physically), relaxation is possible and a great option.
