Breathing for Self Regulation | Help Children Feel Calm
Learning to breathe properly and practise specific breathing exercises, are a big part of what makes yoga so holistically beneficial.
Isn’t it amazing that so many people go through life, not breathing fully!
We can teach kids early on how to breathe for optimal physical and emotional wellbeing.
Breathing exercises can be used for many different outcomes – but today I’m sharing something really very simple that has an incredibly calming effect.
