Helen Clare leading a breathing exercise for children to increase focus

Breathing for focus in children | How to help your child focus

If you’re homeschooling right now this breathing exercise is a great way to help your children focus and get them ready for learning.

Hello and welcome to another episode of the Real Yoga for Kids Show!

Today I have a special breathing technique class episode for you to share with your kids.

The techniques I teach are aimed at increasing focus levels so can be used first thing in the morning, or during the day, to help wake up, increase alertness, focus and attention.

Follow along to the video with your children and let us know how you feel after this breathing exercise and if your kids feel more focused and ready to learn!

All my best,
Helen
