Hello and welcome to another episode of the Real Yoga for Kids Show!
Today I have a special breathing technique class episode for you to share with your kids.
The techniques I teach are aimed at increasing focus levels so can be used first thing in the morning, or during the day, to help wake up, increase alertness, focus and attention.
