Athletics warm up for kids
It’s Summer time and this month and next I know there are lots of sports days happening and extra time for athletics and games outside! Whilst kids don’t need to warm up and cool down in the same way that adults do (they’re just so springy!), it’s still a great idea to get them into good habits.
This is a quick yoga class to get the kids, and yourself, warmed up and raring to go! It’s going to require a bit of space, so if you can go into the school hall before you head out onto the field that would be ideal. As always, it’s useful to take a watch on your own first, so you can see what’s coming up 😉
