One of the main reasons I love sharing yoga with children so much, is the incredible effect it has on balancing their energy levels and helping kids calm down.
I’ve seen grumpy/ upset/ resistant children come into my yoga lessons – and gradually start to forget their worries, ease out their tensions and balance their nervous systems, to finally feel calm and relaxed.
